The community is centred around a luxurious club house (a 2 minute stroll from the property) with amenities that include a man made beach and lagoon, ponds (stocked for fishing), a billiards and arcade room, a 48 seat movie theatre, a fully equipped fitness room, a business centre and a huge community swimming pool together with spa, walking paths, jogging trails and beach. The Resort offers visitors a unique combination of community amenities and comfortably appointed vacation home.
This spacious vacation home provides the ideal home-away-from-home base for all your family's plans. Located near Walt Disney Resort, historic Kissimmee and the Orlando International Airport, the home features a spacious two storey open floor plan, and a screened-in porch area. With beautiful ceramic tile throughout the home and soft carpeting in each of the bedrooms, the home is guaranteed to be comfortable. The large kitchens feature all the modern appliances and utensils guests would need.
The living room features comfortable seating area with a large 3 panel sliding glass door that opens the home up onto the porch. The home also features a full size washer and dryer for maximum convenience and utility. The Master suite features a King size bed with an en-suite bathroom with dual washbasins and double shower. The additional guest bedrooms feature 1 double bed in one room and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. There are two further bath/shower rooms.
There are 2 cable TVs incorporating the ROKU streaming system in the Lounge and Master bedroom. Roku delivers a huge selection of streaming entertainment – from popular services like Netflix, Hulu Plus, HBO GO, WatchESPN and MLB.TV to many free entertainment options like Crackle, YouTube*, Pandora, Disney and VEVO. Roku offers the best in movies, TV shows, live sports, music, photo and video sharing, games, international programming, radio, tech news, non-tech news, podcasts, cartoons, clips, cat tricks, etc, etc.

Casa Linda was a great place to stay. The condo is beautiful as well as the surrounding grounds. Cleanliness is very important to me and this condo did not disappoint. It even smelled clean when we first walked in. It was a very easy commute to the Disney parks and local shopping and restaurants. If you are considering Casa Linda you will not be disappointed. The owner Ted was very quick responding to my questions prior to our stay which is a huge plus. I hope to stay there again in the future.

It was so peaceful and quiet the house and scenery was so gorgeous. Would definitely do this again. Our owners were helpful when it came to anything we wanted to know; answers to any questions; Ted was on it.....thanks Ted and Linda we really enjoyed our stay a home away from our home.

The house was amazing we love ❤️ it. It was everything and more described by TripAdvisor. It was in the middle of everything, so much to do there. PS I hope to stay there everytime I visit Florida.

The condo was very clean and spacious. The pool is a very short walk and very kid friendly. There is also a playground close to the condo. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location away from busy streets, yet only minutes from Disney, Universal, and beautiful golf courses. Owner easy to communicate with, great value, and comfortable accommodations. A variety of stores close by, along with all the regular fast food and casual restaurants. Clubhouse is a nice alternative if you want to stay in the neighborhood.

We have just returned from a two week stay at this lovely house. Beautifully maintained with everything you need for a comfy vacation. We were three adults and only used 2 of the 3 bedrooms, the beds were very comfy. Spacious lounge and kitchen and a lovely covered Sun Room at the rear. My husband enjoyed the fact that it overlooked a small lake and he spent many early morning hours taking photos of the wildlife. We enjoyed using the communal pool which was only a few steps away from the house . The drive to Disney Parks was about 20 minutes so no problem there. All in all one of the best houses we've stayed in and we have stayed in Orlando over a dozen times before. We will definitely return to this house if available for our next stay. Communication with the owners was also excellent which I found very helpful.

A casa é linda, daquelas dos filmes!!! Muito bem decorada e limpa, localização de fácil acesso para tudo, mercado, parques, posto de gasolina. O proprietário é bastante acessível e a responsável pela limpeza também, muito solícitos nos ajudaram sempre que necessário. Com certeza voltaremos!

Lovely house, lovely peaceful location with lake 10m from rear. Club house pool very nice and only 5 minute walk. 20 minute drive to kissimmee and 30 mins to Disney. Just near enough, but far enough away as well. Ted was very helpful throughout. Had an A.C breakdown which was repaired within 12 hours, excellent

The house was clean and modern. The pool was clean and refreshing. Security present during the evening were friendly. About a 12 minute drive to marker 10 on 92 so pretty close to everything. Owner provided lots of info that was helpful for the stay.

This was a wonderful house to stay in while on vacation. Very good communication from owner and house was very well maintained. Very comfortable beds, couches and the decor was very inviting. The guard station at the entrance of the sub division added a feeling of security. Everything you need is supplied and we felt right at home. Can't wait to go visit again.

This was a wonderful stay...the landlords is wonderful...if I had questions or needed anything all I had to do was contact them...left great instructions/directions for everything. House was clean and it looked just as it was listed. The location was good; we did not have to drive far for food, fun, shopping, and etc.

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was wonderful. Everything was nice and clean when we arrived and there was detailed instructions for anything that you could ask for. It was fully stocked with everything that you would find in your own home.

My wife and I just spent the month of March at Casa Linda in Trafalgar Village , Kissimmee Fl. The property is wonderful close to shopping entertainment and the attractions in Kissimmee. The lake at the back has a great view and provides a relaxing end to the day. We golfed at two nearby courses with easy drives to both. Loved our trip and are planning a return for next year. Very easy check in and booking. This home was truly a home away from home for our family trip. They have everything you will need to enjoy your stay. It’s clean and has the amenities like a pool and gym. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location was less than 30 minutes to all Disney parks and conveniently located to all shopping and restaurants. I’d recommend this home to anyone as well as book here again. It's a very nice condo and set up quite comfortably.
We had trouble with the AC at first but it was resolved in one day and I was impressed with that. The porch light was burnt out the entire time and I would of appreciated more directions concerning the trash and it's pickup. We figured it out though. I didn't realize we needed to bring dishwasher detergent and only 2 bricks were there to use. I did buy extra toilet paper and paper towels since we ran out very quickly. Overall I really enjoyed our stay and it was close to all and easy to get around. I would recommend this to others. Thanks so much for allowing is to stay.

Great Stay. Gated community with a nice club house and pool area which was nice for the kids. Very quiet clean and neighbourhood which was exactly what we were looking for. The place is furnished, Clean and inviting. I would definitely stay again
